  • The Nar Phu Valley Trek via Kang La Pass is one of the most remote and culturally preserved Himalayan journeys in Nepal. Hidden in the northern part of the Annapurna region, this trek takes you far away from modern roads and busy trekking routes into a world where ancient Tibetan Buddhist culture, dramatic high mountain landscapes, and untouched villages still exist in their original form.

As the trail gradually rises from green river valleys into deep gorges and high alpine deserts, the scenery becomes more rugged and isolated. The Nar and Phu valleys remain strictly controlled restricted areas, which is why their culture, monasteries, stone houses, and traditional lifestyle are still so authentic and unchanged.

The highlight of the trek is crossing Kang La Pass (5,320m), one of the most scenic high passes in the Annapurna region. From the top, trekkers enjoy breathtaking views of Annapurna I,Annapurna II, Gangapurna, Tilicho range, and surrounding Himalayan peaks before descending toward the Annapurna Circuit trail.
