Terms and Conditions – Nepal Trek Quest

Welcome to Nepal Trek Quest. By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to the following simple terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment.
• The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before or on arrival in Nepal.
• Your booking details (name, passport, itinerary) must be correct and valid.

2. Payment Policy

• We accept payment through bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
• Bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
• Prices may change if government taxes, permits, or fuel costs increase.
• 40% of payments must be done while Trip Booking is Confirmed

3. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your trip, cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Because within 2 working day we already on operation the budget.
• Deposits are usually non-refundable, but can sometimes be adjusted for future trips (case by case).
• No refund is given for unused services once the trek or tour has started.

4. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
• Insurance should cover trekking, high altitude rescue, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
• Nepal Trek Quest is not responsible for any medical costs or accidents.

5. Itinerary Changes

• Trekking routes may change due to weather, landslides, flight delays, or safety reasons.
• Your guide has full authority to make decisions for your safety during the trip.
• We always try to follow the planned itinerary, but flexibility is required in the mountains.

6. Health and Fitness

• Clients must be in good physical condition for trekking activities.
• You must inform us in advance of any health issues or medical conditions.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by undisclosed health conditions.

7. Liability

• Nepal Trek Quest is not responsible for accidents, injuries, delays, or natural events beyond our control.
• Clients participate in trekking and travel at their own risk.
• We always prioritize safety and provide experienced guides and support.

8. Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

9. Respect for Local Culture

• Clients are expected to respect local traditions, culture, and environment.
• Littering or disrespectful behavior is not allowed during the trek.

10. Final Agreement

By booking with Nepal Trek Quest, you agree to follow these terms and cooperate with our team to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable travel experience in Nepal.
