    • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

      Distance: — Walking: — Elevation: 1,350m Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a Nepal Trek Quest representative and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in and rest, a detailed trek briefing will be conducted covering the full itinerary, safety instructions, altitude awareness, and equipment preparation. You will also meet your trekking guide and finalize last-minute arrangements. The evening is free for relaxation or exploring the lively streets of Thamel.

    • Day 2: Flight to Lukla & Trek to Phakding

      Distance: 8 km Walking: 3–4 hrs Elevation: 2,610m Early morning scenic flight to Lukla (2,860m), offering breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayas. After landing and meeting your trekking crew, begin your first day of trekking through beautiful Sherpa villages, prayer wheels, mani walls, and suspension bridges. The trail descends gently along the Dudh Koshi River, passing small settlements and forested areas before reaching the peaceful village of Phakding for overnight stay.

    • Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar

      Distance: 11 km Walking: 6–7 hrs Elevation: 3,440m The trail continues along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several iconic suspension bridges decorated with prayer flags. After entering Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, the route becomes more challenging with a long uphill climb. Weather permitting, trekkers may catch the first clear view of Mount Everest. The day ends at Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa capital filled with bakeries, shops, and mountain energy.

    • Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

      Distance: 5 km Walking: 3–4 hrs Elevation: 3,440m A crucial acclimatization day following the “climb high, sleep low” principle. A short hike takes you to Everest View Hotel (3,880m), offering panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and surrounding peaks. You may also visit the Sherpa Museum and explore local culture. This rest day helps your body adjust to higher altitude while enjoying spectacular scenery.

    • Day 5: Trek to Tengboche

      Distance: 10 km Walking: 5–6 hrs Elevation: 3,860m The trail offers stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Everest and Ama Dablam. After descending to Phunki Tenga for lunch, a steep uphill climb leads through rhododendron and pine forests to Tengboche. The highlight is the famous Tengboche Monastery, an important spiritual center surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes.

    • Day 6: Trek to Dingboche

      Distance: 11 km Walking: 5–6 hrs Elevation: 4,410m Leaving Tengboche, the trail gradually enters a more rugged alpine environment. Passing through Pangboche village, one of the oldest Sherpa settlements, the landscape opens into wide valleys with fewer trees. Ama Dablam dominates the skyline as you reach Dingboche, a scenic high-altitude village surrounded by stone-walled fields.

    • Day 7: Acclimatization Day at Dingboche

      Distance: 6 km Walking: 3–4 hrs Elevation: 4,410m A second acclimatization day is essential for safe altitude progression. A hike to Nangkartshang Hill rewards trekkers with panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, Island Peak, and surrounding valleys. The rest of the day is spent relaxing, hydrating, and preparing for higher elevations ahead.

    • Day 8: Trek to Lobuche

      Distance: 8 km Walking: 5–6 hrs Elevation: 4,940m The trail climbs gradually through rocky terrain and glacial landscapes. A key stop is the Thukla Pass memorial area, dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest. From here, the path follows the Khumbu Glacier moraine before reaching the small settlement of Lobuche, surrounded by dramatic peaks.

    • Day 9: Trek to Everest Base Camp & Return to Gorakshep

      Distance: 15 km Walking: 7–8 hrs Elevation: 5,164m Today is the most anticipated day of the trek. First, reach Gorakshep and continue across rocky glacial terrain toward Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Standing at the base of the world’s highest mountain is an unforgettable achievement. After spending time at EBC, exploring the glacier area and taking photos, return to Gorakshep for overnight stay.

    • Day 10: Kala Patthar Sunrise & Trek to Pheriche

      Distance: 13 km Walking: 7–8 hrs Elevation: 4,240m Early morning ascent to Kala Patthar (5,545m), the best viewpoint for close-up sunrise views of Mount Everest and surrounding peaks glowing in golden light. After descending to Gorakshep for breakfast, continue downhill through Lobuche and Thukla to reach Pheriche, where oxygen levels become noticeably richer.

    • Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar

      Distance: 19 km Walking: 7–8 hrs Elevation: 3,440m A long but rewarding descent through Pangboche, Tengboche, and rhododendron forests. As altitude decreases, breathing becomes easier and the landscape feels more familiar. Arrive back at Namche Bazaar, where trekkers often celebrate the successful completion of the Everest Base Camp journey.

    • Day 12: Trek to Lukla

      Distance: 18 km Walking: 6–7 hrs Elevation: 2,860m The final trekking day follows the Dudh Koshi River valley, crossing suspension bridges and passing through traditional Sherpa villages. The trail gradually descends through forests and farmland before reaching Lukla. The evening is usually celebrated with the guide and porter team.

    • Day 13: Lukla to Manthali flight and Drive continue ktm or direct to Kathmandu

      Elevation: 1,350m Morning scenic flight back to Manthali and drive to Kathmandu continue or directly flight to Kathmandu offers one last aerial view of the Himalayas. After arrival, transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest, shopping, or exploring cultural sites in the city.

    • Day 14: Final Departure

      Transfer to the international airport according to your flight schedule. Your Everest Base Camp adventure with Nepal Trek Quest comes to an end, carrying unforgettable memories of the Himalayas.
